The Artex Mips® helmet is a blast of fresh air in helmet design, offering an exceptionally compact road-race inspired design coupled with a removable visor and slightly deeper coverage.

The fit is luxurious and secure, thanks to our highly-adjustable Roc Loc 5 Air Mips® system that allows you to customize fit/feel for great stability and long-range comfort while providing an added measure of protection from rotational forces in the event of an angled impact. The outer shell is molded from a tough polycarbonate that's fused permanently to the EPS foam liner using our In-Mold construction process to enhance durability and ventilation without excess bulk.

Hardshell with In-Mold Hardbody™ Lower Wrap — Combines a tough outer hardshell with a polycarbonate lower shell fused to the liner for durability without excess weight.
Integrated MIPS® Brain Protection System — Designed to reduce rotational forces during certain impacts while meeting and exceeding stringent safety standards.
Roc Loc® 5 Air MIPS Fit System — Suspends the helmet slightly off the skull to enhance cooling, fit comfort, and stability. Allows one-handed tuning of fit tension and fore-aft tilt.
Wind Tunnel™ Ventilation — Proprietary system channels fresh air over and around the rider’s head while expelling heat and stale air for unmatched cooling performance.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SIZE

Wrap a measuring tape around your head, keeping the tape level from front to back. Note the measurement and reference the Size Guide.

Note: Make sure the helmet fits with a little room when the fit system is loose, and sits low enough to protect your forehead without hindering your vision. Once you’ve got the right size, you can adjust the fit.

MEASURING YOUR HAND FOR THE BEST FIT

You can measure the length and width of your hand as illustrated above, and use the Size Guide to determine your size.1. Wrap the tape measure around your hand at the widest part of the palm, and lightly close your hand to get your Hand Width measurement.2. Once you have that measurement recorded, use a tape measure to determine the length of your hand from the tip of your longest finger to the base of your palm at the wrist. This is your Hand Length measurement.3. You can then compare the measurements of your hand with the data supplied in the Size Guide to determine the best fitting size for you..
