The lightweight Giro Coalition Spherical combines Spherical Technology powered by Mips‚® and Progressive Layering featuring both EPP and EPS foam, with best-in-class ventilation and the added protection of our innovative Halo System chinbar.

Only Giro could design an impressively lightweight full-face helmet that still provides heavyweight protection. Just 800 grams in M/L, this NTA-certified MTB helmet still packs the punch of Spherical Technology™ powered by Mips® while Progressive Layering with EPP and EPS foam optimizes management of both high-speed and low-speed impacts. Coalition Spherical delivers best-in-class cooling power by pairing massive front intake ports with efficient rear exhaust vents via deep internal channeling. Coalition's most impressive innovation lies hidden inside: the patent-pending Halo System combines a chinbar with Pebax® (a material that is engineered to provide the perfect range of flex and rigidity) and elastomeric bushings that are integrated into the EPS to absorb and dissipate kinetic forces. The result is a helmet that exceeds standard chinbar deflection certification testing by almost 2x. Comfort is maximized with the DryCore™ sweat management brow pad, IONIC+™ treatments to control odor, and two sets of removable cheek pads to help fine-tune fit. The Coalition Spherical sets a new benchmark for lightweight full-face protection.

HALO SYSTEM CHINBAR — The Halo System combines a chinbar with Pebax® (a material
that is engineered to provide the perfect range of flex and rigidity) and elastomeric bushings that are integrated into the EPS to absorb and dissipate
kinetic forces.
SPHERICAL TECHNOLOGY — Spherical Technology's ball-and-socket design, powered by Mips®, helps redirect impact forces away from the brain by allowing the outer liner to rotate around the inner liner during a crash. It also eliminates contact with hard plastic or slip-planes against the
skin.
IONIC+® PADDING — Pure silver is the secret ingredient that gives IONIC+ ® the power to provide natural, permanent odor protection to keep your
helmet feeling fresh.
DIRECTIONAL SNAP SYSTEM — In case of emergency, cheek pads are
easily removable without disturbing the riders head and neck position.
OPTIMIZED FRONT INTAKE VENTS — Giro engineers designed precise placement and shape of intake vents to optimize cool air flowing over riders' heads.
MAXIMIZED REAR EXHAUST VENTS — Our complex Wind Tunnel venting system allows hot air an easy escape route from the rear of the

Wrap a measuring tape around your head, keeping the tape level from front to back. Note the measurement and reference the Size Guide.

Note: Make sure the helmet fits with a little room when the fit system is loose, and sits low enough to protect your forehead without hindering your vision. Once you’ve got the right size, you can adjust the fit.

MEASURING YOUR HAND FOR THE BEST FIT

You can measure the length and width of your hand as illustrated above, and use the Size Guide to determine your size.1. Wrap the tape measure around your hand at the widest part of the palm, and lightly close your hand to get your Hand Width measurement.2. Once you have that measurement recorded, use a tape measure to determine the length of your hand from the tip of your longest finger to the base of your palm at the wrist. This is your Hand Length measurement.3. You can then compare the measurements of your hand with the data supplied in the Size Guide to determine the best fitting size for you..
